IMFX provides freight brokerage and logistics coordination services — not physical products. Because our services involve time, communication, and administrative resources that begin immediately upon engagement, most service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
However, IMFX will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

A duplicate payment or billing error was made through IMFX systems.

A service was canceled before a load was assigned or carrier confirmation was issued.

IMFX was unable to fulfill the service due to internal error, system issue, or compliance restriction.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed freight moves.

Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers or uncontrollable events (e.g., weather, accidents, closures).

Situations in which IMFX successfully brokered a load according to agreed terms.

To request a refund, please contact us within 10 business days of the original transaction. Include:
